RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
In order to protect our business and copyright, sales of digital products (including those purchased on payment plans) are final and no refunds are given, so please ensure you are willing and able to commit to doing the work.
If you have purchased a discounted 12-month subscription, then the full 12 months of payments are due in one payment which is non-refundable. If you have a rolling monthly subscription, then you may cancel at any time. No refunds are made for months where you have not used the service you have purchased.
