My approach isn't a band-aid intervention that lasts for a month before people find themselves back to where they started. I go for transformation, nothing less. This work is for people who truly want to lead well and who are willing to make changes so they can live and love their lives and work, AUTHENTICALLY.

What Does a Coaching Session With Me Look Like?

Coaching sessions typically last 60 minutes and I work with clients via Zoom (or in-person if possible). We'll kick-off your coaching journey with an initial foundation session - a longer, one-off session designed to lay the groundwork for our work together.

Each session is shaped by where you are in the moment and what's most relevant or important for you. You may come with a focus for the session in mind, or you may be unsure where to start –coaching doesn’t require a pressing problem to be effective. Some of the most powerful sessions happen when we simply explore what’s present for you.
