About Amanda...

With a background in Psychology and Change Management Consultancy, Amanda first trained as a coach in 2001 and became ICF certified in 2012 when she founded her coaching practice working with leaders in organisations throughout the UK and globally, from high street banks through to senior military leaders.

Comfortable working in many contexts, Amanda has a wealth of experience to draw upon, and is passionate about people fulfilling their potential, challenging assumptions, and putting Subtractive Psychology and inside-out life and leadership at the core of her coaching philosophy.

At home, Amanda is married to her wonderful French husband, has three growing teens and two overly loved, silly but gorgeous cats. She lives in rural Wiltshire, UK, having previously lived and worked in countries around the world. She is an 'introverted-extravert' who loves to Crossfit, cold (but not too cold!) water swim, surf, plan a good party or get together with friends, followed by time to reflect, exist and be in nature and home.

Amanda is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who helps people step into AUTHENTIC alignment with who they are, create transformational CLARITY in order to leverage CONNECTION, PERFORMANCE and create IMPACT.
